How pricing works

What decides the price

Your price follows the length and thickness of your hair, the set or press you choose, and the time it takes. A short wrap and set and a silk press on waist-length hair are not the same afternoon.

How levels set the price

Alvenia's chair and the stylists' chairs are priced differently, because their experience and the services they book differ. Ask for any of us when you book, and we will tell you what that means for your price.

Add-ons and changes on the day

A trim, a conditioning treatment or a wrap lesson can be added when you book or on the day. We tell you what the addition changes in time and price before we start, and you say yes first.

Canceling or running late

We ask for 24 hours' notice to move or cancel, because a set day holds a chair and a dryer for you. If you are running late, call us and we will see whether your set still fits.

Tipping

Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can tip your stylist and Tawnya in cash or when you pay.

Gift cards and packages

A gift card covers a set, a press or a care visit. Ask at the desk or buy one online, and the person you give it to books the way anyone does.
