Sets

Roller sets

A set made on damp hair and dried under the hood, then combed to the shape you chose.

The size of the roller sets the size of the curl. Your stylist picks rollers, pin curls or flexi-rods with you, sets them section by section and dries them fully before anything comes out. Then the set is combed and shaped. Results vary with your hair.

What to expect

  • Two to three hours, shampoo to comb-out

  • Hooded dryers for every set

  • A wrap lesson, so the set lasts

Questions about this service

Which set is right for my hair?

It depends on the curl you want and your hair's length. Rollers give a smooth, full curl, pin curls a tighter one, and flexi-rods a defined spiral. We decide together at the chair.

How long should I leave a set in?

Until it is fully dry, which is why a set runs longer than a blow-dry. Your stylist checks it at intervals instead of going by the clock.

Can I get a set on short hair?

Yes. Pin curls and wrap-and-set are made for short and medium hair.
